14 May Reflections
For today's station games i was in charge of quizzing the children on English.
Hmmm.... my questions basically required theIchildren to think of descriptive words to illustrate
~a cloud(easy)
~an apple(medium)
~or Singapore(hard).

Quite propaganda, hor? lol...

Anyway, All of them chose questions in the “medium” and “hard” category. Maybe all of them thought english is very easy?
Or maybe they're better in english acedemically.

But actually all those who picked the "describe singapore" question needed a lot of prompting and examples to get the answers.
(Most of them described singapore as "beautiful" and "nice" and "my home" and etc...
Damn patriotic, man.
but i rejected answers like "nice", 'beautiful" anyway, cause they don't really describe singapore. I was looking for answers that are more like multi-racial...or others)

Then after the game i didn't go tutor my tutee because...
Sigh...
He didn't appear to be around and...
So he's most likely stolen again....
and i didn't tutor him for so many weeks I even forgot his name....
Sigh.....

Its quite sad, really.

HENCE!
I decidede to go interact withsome children who participated in the game instead and asked for their opinions and suggestions about the game.

Most children said that the game was fun, but a little confusing for them because it was quite messy...(I admit it).
They also said they got learn things, but when i asked them what they learnt, they were speechless.
So i guess they just said that so we would play it again and they won't have to do assignment....
Sigh.... So lazy....

So... thats it le lor.

Yah, and i finished the typing the minutes already.
3-full-pages.
Lucky me for volunteering to do this super long minutes.

Ok, so thats it.
Goodnite everyone.
