Basically, beryl has already mentioned about the games rules and process about the station games today. Heheh so i wont emphasize on the game too much ba! But but I guess it was really enjoyable for the kids seeing them run around, asking us for our names lol :D Could see they loved the presents too! Couldnt believe it tht Sel and Jess could get the firsssst! Woooohoo. i tot JOL and friend will get lei, cos .. They look smart and.. cunning :P lol.

After the whole event, me and Sel started to play.. smth. ohmygosh i forgot what we actually played, but i rmb jol was drawing some kinda clothes and accessories for her hand drawn doll. lol i rmb that's what i did when i was younnnng-er. lol. But anyway before long, some YOUNG LOOKING AUNTIE (ok she isnt even an auntie yet) told me to tutor sel on her english vocab and grammar, cos she's really bad at those two areas. So i went through a few of her english exercises on the assessment with her.

I realised that she actually knew how to do most of the grammar questions, if someone was there to guide her a bit. Maybe rephrasing the questions? Vocab cant be helped though, but i thought she's been reading quite a lot le. She even have the "English as its broken" (or smth liddat de) book. LOL i asked her if she understood the contents, and she said yeah o.o its quite difficult, as far as i think, for her to understand lei. But who knows, maybe kids nowadays are more intelligent, or just because i wasnt as smart as her back at her age :X lmao.

I think next time should emphasize more on Sel's languages than maths. I think her maths is already not bad lei, though she still makes some careless mistakes at times, for eg long division. But she still dont know a looooot of vocab, regardless of english or chinese.
